You are powerful! Power in terms of energy! This is physics. Do you believe in gravity? Definitely you do… it is the source of energy that holds us to the ground, this is a proof that you are a source of energy. Everything in the world is energy, what keeps life going on is the source of energy flow, and its regeneration is what keeps life changing every second. Atoms and molecules in your body are linked together by a source of energy, and what keeps them rotating is energy. The most powerful part in your body with massive amount of energy is your brain!

Let me give you a clearer picture… your thoughts are changed into energy and your brain releases this energy at a certain frequency level, this energy will then vibrate and affect all other sources of energy around you.

That is why when you think of something and sense it, it happens to you. It happens because your energy field has the ability to either attract or repel other sources of energy, which mainly depends on your thoughts. Haven’t you before thought of someone that you wanted to call and the next day you find that person calling you? Well, this was your source of energy, your thoughts were released as a source of energy and attracted the other person, and then you got the phone call!

Have you met “lucky” people before? Those who always get what they want? The truth is those people are always optimistic and positive about life. This is their power. Their positive thoughts about themselves and their lives attracted their desires. So this is no coincidence. What you think and feel is what you get, and this is known as the “law of attraction”.

The power of you is very strong that it could change the destiny of your life. Don’t be the reaction to life events and let other sources of energy to take you in a flow you don’t know where is it going to head you to, instead be the action that you want to see in your life. Now it is your time, get motivated and start using the power of you. How to use the power of you is simply by expending it to the maximum and at the same time controlling it. Sounds a little ironic at first, but it is doable when you understand it.

Using the power of you to the maximum means thinking of all the things that you want and believe that you can achieve. Put your vision, a goal in front of you even if your goal or dream is something crazy. Just believe in it and it will be done. The proof to this is all the inventions around you. All these great inventions were dreams that their inventors believed in it and believed it’s possible to do.

Those great inventors used their powers of thoughts to achieve what they want. All what you have to do is concentrate and focus on your goals and believe it will be achieved, the trick here to maximize your power, is to think and imagine your final goal, keep all your attention on it and don’t get distracted with all details of how to achieve it, just think it is achievable and doable. To double this power, you need to attach feelings to your thoughts, the more you sense the feeling of courage, happiness and optimism that your goals will be accomplished, the more energy you release and the higher frequency it will have, and voilà! you have just succeeded in making you dream come true. Experience the feeling as if you already have what you want, feel that it is real. Now you are attracting it to your life!

Controlling your power means that you need to take control over your mind and over your thoughts, don’t let life events and situations happening around you to take control of your thoughts and feelings. When negative thoughts arise, you must take action at once and delete it from your mind, instantly get back on track and fill yourself with happiness, courage, optimism and all sources of positive energy. This is how you control your power.

Bottom line, know that God created us to be very different and special. Our brains are not only powerful in terms of creating and building things together like pieces of blocks, in fact our brains are also powerful because of the source of energy in it that can manifest and change the world, and this is what changed us from cave men to extreme civilization.
