And finally The customer is the king
Three month ago in one of my articles, I wrote about the moment of truth in the telecommunication industry in Egypt when the customer will be free to move between networks while keeping the same number, I also mentioned that the name of the game will be the word "Satisfaction".
Now the competition is becoming more & more aggressive, each Mobile Operator is trying to innovate crazy & unique marketing ideas in terms of benefits, the question here would be "are they all on the right track?" Of course not! I will not go in details now, as I always like to spend more time analyzing, however I will only pose some questions and their answers should alarm the Managements of the three companies.
As for you my dear reader think about it, email me with your opinion until the analyzing phase is over, the questions are:
1.Can your network afford any numbers of subscribers?
2.Is the goal of any new offer is the market share or just to hear the word wow!?
3.Do you all have the qualified Man Power in terms of service delivery or you have over evaluated employers?
I'm sure that every one on earth know their own weaknesses, same applies to the three Mobile Operators in Egypt, but who will act faster? Will let you know soon, all I'm sure of now is that customer is finally the king.
