Letter from Dalia

How can we make tomorrow better? I think this is an extremely important question we should all ask ourselves. I believe that if every one of us considers making his/her tomorrow better, than eventually we will have a better tomorrow for our beloved Egypt. To have a better tomorrow we must love each other and unite, to have a better tomorrow we must educate ourselves, and learn how to be disciplined, civilized, and well cultured. To have a better tomorrow we must PLAN. By planning nations improve and without planning nations hold back and hinder. And last but not least to have a better tomorrow we must think positively and have faith and be sure that GOD won’t let us down and will always be with Egypt…

This is our Jan-Feb issue for our New Year 2012, Happy New Year dear readers, I truly wish my fellow Egyptians all the best during this year, and each year that follows. A year has passed since our revolution and yes it was a very hard year but the better will come and we all must believe in this.

Our cover story hosts the Syrian beauty Jumana Mourad. She is an open-hearted person who says what she thinks and who reveals more than she hides. Jumana will unveil what is inside her, don’t miss reading this interview. More about our interviews inside, we have the energetic Lara Iskander. She is young, gorgeous and an icon to a lot of youth.

We have also included several remarkable articles in our features chapter such as; ‘I am many’, ‘We are Proud’, ‘Boy’s Night Out’, and ‘Islamism vs. Liberalism’. The fashion segment brings us the latest trends of 2012. It really is a must-see section.

Meet Mr. Osman Khairat, the veteran hotelier. It is really important to hear the opinion of such an expert and how he feels about the tourism industry’s future in Egypt with the presence of Islamic fundamentalism. Don’t forget to choose your next escape with our guide in DG All Around; it is bursting with magnificent destinations.

Wishing you all the best and hope the coming days bring us all the goodness Egypt truly deserves…
